Since 2023, three Wasco County students have been awarded scholarships for writing exceptional essays about the impact of changing climate on their community and way of life: Elizabeth Arceo Dorado ($500), Roberto Rodriguez Perez ($2,500, pictured left) and Kali Rockwell ($500).
